Yo-Yo Garland

My friend Liz and I have had this running joke about yo-yo’s for a few years.  The joke has led to me really liking them and her selling these beautiful yo-yo garlands in her Etsy shop. 

I love her garlands and kept whining about who I really needed one for my sewing room.  I have a bucket of on going yo-yo’s I make, but I really wanted one of hers.

I had a birthday at the beginning of this month and part of my gift from her was this beautiful garland.  I simply love it.  For now I have it in my entry with all my white birds and décor, but it will eventually go into my sewing room.  I have a little bit of cleaning out I want to do in there first and then it will find it’s new home amongst the fabric.
